I would have posted this information sooner but I've been sick with some sort of crazy stomach flu. We've been approved! Finally! In the end all we had to do was hang a curtain separating our washroom from the rest of our house. A curtain! The floor plan says it was stamped on January 5th but we didn't get it until a few days ago. In the same envelope was my FoodSafe certificate for a course I took on the 17th. It says that it’s been approved "subject to letter". The letter states, "the four seats noted for waiting are not to be used for seating unless a public washroom is provided". Whatever! The next step is the actual inspection. Tyler wants to refinish the floors first; hopefully he can get it done quickly.

That's fantastic!!!

Wow...You and Tyler must be elated!

Maybe it's just the stomach flu, but right now you are probably feeling, "yeah...whatever."

Once the shop opens to the public and is fully operating, you'll be able to put this whole nightmarish experience behind you.

Make some good home made cookies or something on that day.

Feel better soon.

Congrats, guys. I knew you would weather the storm and come out on top.

Thanks y'all. I do believe my excitment was tempered by illness, but I also don't want to get my hopes up too high since we still have an inspection to pass... we'll know soon enough!

Congratulations! I hope you have much success and lots of great memories of Bruno.

If I make it out this summer to visit my relatives, I'll be sure to stop in.
